With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industries, Jorge Grassi has built a distinguished career as a marketing strategy consultant.

He has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as Hyatt International and GHM Luxury Hotels, specializing in Marketing and Sales in Europe and South America.

Born in Montevideo, Uruguay, Jorge completed his studies in Montevideo and Buenos Aires, bringing to his work a deep understanding of both regional and international markets.

Quim Gener is an international hospitality executive with a distinguished track record in pre-openings, hotel openings, asset transitions, and brand standards implementation in the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe. With a background in Business, Hospitality, and Hotel Management, he has led complex operations, ensuring operational excellence, P&L control, and compliance with standards in highly competitive environments. His approach combines strategic vision, operational discipline, and a strong results orientation.

Throughout his career he held leadership positions at Marriott International, 1 Hotels and The Ritz-Carlton, CitizenM, Accor, Yurbban Hospitality Group, serving as General Manager, Director of Operations, Acceptance Manager and Director of Human Resources.

Diego Olivero
Head of Design - Partner

Diego Olivero is a multidisciplinary designer whose practice spans product design, interior spaces, and large artistic installations that stand out for their focus on sustainable development and community impact.

With over 15 years of experience leading creative projects in the United States, Central and South America, and Europe, he has collaborated with renowned brands such as Williams Sonoma Inc., West Elm, and ABC Carpet & Home, generating over 200,000 co-branded products and sales exceeding 12 million dollars.

He co-founded Meso Goods, a social enterprise that works with artisans in Guatemala, Mexico, and Honduras, whose products are now distributed in more than 20 countries.

His work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, and the BBC, and has received accolades such as the Public Medal at the London Design Biennial 2018 and the Gold Award from the Interior Designers Society in Mexico City 2019.

Martín Carrier
Creative & Strategic - Partner

Martín Carrier is a benchmark in communication and creativity in Uruguay, with a solid track record in leading agencies in the region. He currently serves as Catalyst Communicator at FE, a role he has held since 2018, where he drives transformation processes, strategic thinking, and the building of brands with purpose.

Throughout his career, he was Creative General Director at cámara/tbwa and Creative Vice President at Young & Rubicam Brands, experience that allowed him to lead teams, develop high-impact campaigns, and consolidate a comprehensive perspective on creativity, business, and culture. His career combines strategic vision, creative leadership, and a deep understanding of contemporary communication.

Maythee Gudiño

With over 17 years of experience as Director of Housekeeping, Maythee brings extensive experience in hotel openings. She has successfully led the pre-opening of seven hotels in various international locations, including the United States, the Bahamas, Mexico, Argentina, and Spain.

During these openings, he performed key tasks such as inventory management, room preparation and inspection, development of standards and operating procedures, hotel layout planning, and staff training to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Throughout her career as Director of Housekeeping, she has managed large and diverse teams at prestigious hotels such as Faena Miami Beach, SLS Brickell, St. Regis Bal Harbour, Mandarin Oriental Miami, and The Setai Miami Beach.
Under his leadership, these properties maintained exceptional levels of guest service, and his work was instrumental in several of them earning Forbes 5-Star ratings.
